30-Day Returns

We want you to love what you ordered from Meltaura. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Consumables (wax melts, filters) are returnable only if unopened.
• Sale items are eligible unless marked final sale.

How to start a return

Email hello@meltaura.com with your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged. We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid label (US orders). Damaged or defective items are replaced free of charge.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
